PUBSA Business Park Terms and Conditions 

Please read these terms and conditions (terms and/or terms and conditions) carefully before using the Business Park website (services) operated by the PopUp Business School Aotearoa (PUBSA, us, we, and our). We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon notification on this site.

Conditions of Use

Every time you visit this website, use its services or make a purchase, you accept the following conditions. Please read them carefully. 

Auto-renewal and cancellation

Digital Subscription will automatically renew at the end of the free trial period of three months and will continue to renew monthly until cancelled or terminated. 

You can notify us of cancellation of your subscription (to be effective at the end of the then current

subscription period) by email to [insert PUBSA email address] with one month’s prior notice. You must cancel your subscription before it renews to avoid paying for future subscription periods. This means, when you cancel, you cancel only future charges for the subscription and you will not receive a refund for the then current subscription period. Access to content via your digital subscription will also continue until the end of the then current subscription period. Subscriptions cannot be put on hold.

Pricing

PUBSA may offer different subscription packages and special promotions. We reserve the right to change and/or terminate any offered subscriptions or promotions at any time. The current price is five dollars per month plus GST. The price is in NZ dollars. International subscriptions do not attract GST.

Changes to Pricing

We can change the price of any Digital Subscription packages and the amount that you pay (to be effective at the start of the next subscription period) at any time as long as we notify you. Once we notify you of a change in the price, you will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription (to be effective at the end of the then current subscription period). If you don’t cancel, you will be charged the new price at the beginning of the next subscription period.

Payment

Digital Subscriptions are pre-paid. We will deduct the subscription fee at the time you subscribe (or if you have signed-up for a free-trial, at the end of the free trial period) using the credit card details you have provided, and then automatically at the beginning of each subscription period until your subscription is cancelled or terminated. It is your responsibility to provide valid credit card details and an email address and ensure those are kept up to date at all times. If we are unable to contact you or take payment for a subscription we will retry for a maximum period of 14 days, after which time your subscription will be cancelled. We reserve the right to change the timing of our billing, particularly if your method of payment fails at any time.

Content published on this website (digital downloads, images, texts, graphics, logos) is the property of PUBSA and/or its content creators and protected by international copyright laws. The entire compilation of the content found on this website is the exclusive property of PUBSA, with copyright authorship for this compilation by PUBSA.

Any word or device to which the ™ or ® symbol is attached is a Trade Mark owned or licensed by us (the Trade Marks). If you use any Trade Marks in reference to our activities or services, you must seek our express authorisation first.

Communications

Every time you send us an email or visit our website, you will be communicating with us. If you choose to subscribe to the news on our website, you agree to receive regular emails from us. We will continue to communicate with you by posting news and notices on our website and by sending you emails. We will immediately remove you from any mailing list upon your request.

We do use email as a means of receiving feedback from our members, and we encourage you to email us with your questions or comments. We will keep the contents of any email you send us if we believe we have to do so for legal reasons. Your email message content may be monitored by us for trouble shooting or maintenance purposes or if any form of email abuse is suspected.

You also agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements and other communications we provide to you electronically meet the legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

Security of information

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. While we will take reasonable steps to protect such information, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you send to us. So any information that is sent to us is done so at your own risk.

Comments, Reviews, and Emails

Visitors may post content as long as it is not (or could not be considered to be) obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, false or misleading, invasive of privacy, threatening, cause annoyance or harm in any other way to third parties, or be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or give the impression that they come from us.

Any contribution that you make must be accurate (where it states facts), genuinely held (where it states opinions) and comply with applicable law in New Zealand and in any country from which it is posted.

Content has to be free of software viruses, political campaign, and commercial offers or advertising.

We may remove and/or edit such content. When you post your content, you grant us non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable rights to use, copy, publish, modify such content throughout the world in any media and for any purpose.

We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any material uploaded by you is a breach of their rights.

We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. You are not allowed to download or modify it. This may be done only with written consent from us.

Our website must not be framed on any other website.  You may link to our home page only, from a website owned by you and that complies with the standards set out in Comments, Reviews and Emails above, provided you do so legally.  You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists and any link must not damage our reputation or exploit it.

We may withdraw this permission without notice.

If you are an owner of an account on this website, you must keep your private user details confidential at all times (username and password). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.

We may close accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders at any time at our sole discretion.

New Zealand courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase from us.
